Safeguarding & Regulation

Donor-conceived children can contact Cryomate, which will then reach out to donors who agreed to open ID donation before sharing their details.

Online DNA testing can potentially impact the anonymity of sperm donors. If you or your relatives undergo DNA testing on platforms like Ancestry or 23andMe and choose to share connections through their database, there's a risk of being identified by others. It's important for sperm donors to be aware of this and consider privacy preferences when using such services. Please note that Cryomate is not affiliated with these online services, and your personal information and screening results are securely kept confidential in our database.
