Cryomate sperm donor program
Go Sperm Donor is the sperm donor program of Cryomate — a diverse group of motivated donors helping individuals and couples achieve their vision of starting or growing their families. For many of these families, a donor is the missing piece that makes parenthood possible. By joining the program, donors provide that help while receiving compensation for their time and commitment, with the potential to get paid up to $1,200 per month.
Healthy men aged 21–39 in the Indianapolis and Nashville areas are invited to start the application process to determine their eligibility as sperm donors. Our dedicated team provides a supportive and transparent experience from the initial application through the medical and genetic screening.

Sperm banking is a regulated medical field, and our program is held to federal, state, and independent standards. Here's what stands behind it:
CLIA certification
CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) sets federal quality standards for
clinical laboratory testing. Our CLIA certification means your semen analysis and lab
testing are performed under certified, quality-assured laboratory standards.
State licenses
Beyond federal requirements, Cryomate is licensed for tissue banking in states with their
own regulatory programs — including New York, which maintains the most stringent state
standards in the country and performs its own routine inspections.
FDA registration
Every sperm bank in the US is required by law to register with the FDA, which regulates donor eligibility, screening, and infectious disease testing — and conducts unannouncedon-site inspections. Cryomate is FDA-registered and fully compliant with these federal requirements (21 CFR Part 1271). As a donor, this means the screening you go through follows federal safety standards, not just our own.
CAP accreditation
The College of American Pathologists accredits laboratories through rigorous peer
inspection — a voluntary standard that goes beyond what the law requires, and one widely
regarded as the benchmark for laboratory quality.
